# Podcast Import

> Import Apple Podcasts and Xiaoyuzhou FM episodes into NotebookLM

## Feature

NoteFlow automatically detects Apple Podcasts and Xiaoyuzhou FM pages, downloads audio, and imports into NotebookLM.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open a podcast page">
    Open an Apple Podcasts or Xiaoyuzhou FM show/episode page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Auto-detect">
    The side panel detects the podcast page and displays show info with an episode list.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select episodes">
    Check the episodes you want to download. All episodes are selected by default.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Download audio">
    Click "Download Selected" to save audio files to your local machine.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Import to NotebookLM">
    Drag the downloaded audio files into your NotebookLM notebook. NotebookLM AI will automatically generate notes.

## Notes

* Podcast audio files are typically large (50-100MB). Download speed depends on your network
* Audio is downloaded locally first, then manually drag-and-drop into NotebookLM
* NotebookLM automatically analyzes audio content and generates text notes
