  <Accordion title="Why does NotebookLM show empty after import">
    The most common reason is **selecting the wrong notebook**. Make sure the correct target notebook is selected in the NoteFlow side panel's notebook selector.

  <Accordion title="Bilibili video has no subtitles">
    NoteFlow relies on Bilibili's CC subtitles (AI-generated or uploaded by the creator). If a video has no subtitles, the extension will show a notice. Try selecting videos with subtitles.

  <Accordion title="Can I import pages that require login">
    If you're already logged in to the website in your browser, NoteFlow can extract what you can see. It cannot bypass paywalls or access restrictions.

  <Accordion title="How to switch language">
    Click the **中** or **EN** button in the top-right corner of the side panel. The extension also auto-detects your browser language.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Where is my import history stored">
    Import history is stored in Chrome's local storage (`chrome.storage.local`). You can view and clear it in the side panel's settings.

  <Accordion title="Podcast downloads are slow">
    Podcast audio files are typically large (50-100MB). Download speed depends on your network and the audio host's bandwidth.

  <Accordion title="Side panel isn't detecting the current page">
    If the side panel doesn't refresh after a page route change, click the refresh button (🔄) at the top of the side panel to manually trigger re-detection.

  <Accordion title="How to uninstall">
    Right-click the extension icon in Chrome toolbar → "Remove from Chrome". Or go to `chrome://extensions`, find NoteFlow, and click "Remove".
